For years anxiety, low self-esteem and lack of confidence stopped me from reaching my full potential and kept me stuck in a rut.

When we feel stuck, it can be hard to see a way through. We tend to view our life and future possibilities through a self-limiting rear-view mirror; we can’t see past who we were to see who we are or could be, the same limiting beliefs dominating our thoughts. This is how we become stuck.
